DILG AKLAN ADMINISTERS THE KM AUDIT
DILG Aklan, through the Aklan Provincial Local Governance Resource Center (APLGRC), successfully conducted Phase 1 of its Knowledge Management (KM) Audit at La Casa Española, Kalibo, Aklan.
During the activity, DILG Aklan personnel completed the KM Assessment Survey Questionnaire, which is categorized into seven areas: KM Leadership, Processes, People, Technology, Knowledge Processes, Learning and Innovation, and KM Outcomes. In addition, Knowledge Mapping was conducted to identify the knowledge supply and needs of the organization.
This initial phase forms part of the Department’s ongoing efforts to strengthen knowledge sharing, enhance internal processes, and institutionalize effective KM practices within the province.
Through this undertaking, DILG Aklan reaffirms its commitment to fostering a more efficient, responsive, and knowledge-driven local governance environment.
