DILG-AKLAN AND LGU-LIBACAO CONDUCT UGNAYAN SA BARANGAY IN MANIKA, LIBACAO
DILG-Aklan, in partnership with LGU Libacao, successfully conducted Ugnayan sa Barangay under the Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP) in Barangay Manika, Libacao, Aklan.
Ugnayan sa Barangay is one of the components of the RCSP, wherein national government agencies engage in dialogues with barangay residents to understand community needs, deliver essential government services, promote peace and development, and strengthen barangay-based institutions.
The results of the Ugnayan were initially presented to the Barangay Officials for validation. These validated issues will be elevated to the Municipal and Provincial Governments, as well as relevant National Government Agencies, to develop appropriate interventions and solutions.
This activty was also participated and supported by Libacao Municipal Police Station, Aklan 1st Provincial Mobile Force Battalion, 82nd Infantry Battalion (Bravo Company), Libacao MENRO, Municipal Civil Registrar, and DepEd Libacao.
