DILG-AKLAN, DILG REGION VI PDMU, AND OPDS CONDUCT PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION, MONITORING, AND EVALUATION IN KALIBO
The DILG-Aklan PDMS, together with the DILG Project Development and Management Unit (PDMU), accompanied the Office of Project Development Services (OPDS) in conducting the Project Implementation, Monitoring, and Evaluation (PrIME) activity in the Municipality of Kalibo, Aklan.
The activity aimed to assess the status, quality, and compliance of the ongoing 2023 LGSF-FALGU project—Construction of the Kalibo Gymnasium, amounting to Php 50 million and located in Brgy. Nalook, Kalibo, Aklan. The joint team conducted site visits to evaluate the project’s implementation progress, ensure adherence to technical specifications, and address any challenges encountered during project implementation.
Through this initiative, the inspection team reaffirm their commitment to ensuring that government projects are effectively implemented and responsive to the needs of the community, thereby promoting transparency, accountability, and sustainable local development in Kalibo.
