THE RETOOLED COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROGRAM (RCSP) TOWN HALL SESSION FOR LIBACAO, AKLAN HAS OFFICIALLY CONCLUDED
DILG Aklan, together with the Municipality of Libacao, and PTF-ELCAC Member Agencies and Organizations successfully conducted the Town Hall Session today, November 18, 2025 at Conference Hall, Municipal Hall, Libacao, Aklan.
The activity successfully highlighted the needs and challenges of Barangay Dalagsa-an and Barangay Manika, the two (2) target barangays in Libacao. Both barangays presented their Enhanced Development Plans and was able to receive input, recommendations, and commitment from partner agencies for their priority project implementation.
The Town Hall served as a powerful platform for collaborative governance, uniting the community, local government unit, National Government Agencies (NGAs), and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs). This initiative underscores the firm commitment of the government to bring services closer to the people and drive sustainable peace and development in the Municipality of Libacao, Aklan.
