DILG-AKLAN WITNESSES THE AKLAN OFFICIAL TURNOVER CEREMONY
The Department of the Interior and Local Government – Aklan (DILG-Aklan) joined the Province of Aklan in marking a significant moment—the official turnover of leadership to Hon. Jose Enrique “Joen” Miraflores as Provincial Governor held at Marzon Convention Center, Kalibo, Aklan.
DILG-Aklan Provincial Director Dino A. Ponsaran, CESO V handed over the Key of Responsibilities to Gov. Miraflores along with the Provincial Administrator, Atty. Selwyn Ibarreta. This ceremonial transition signifies a renewed partnership between the DILG and the provincial leadership, as we stand in solidarity with the administration in its commitment to effective, transparent, and people-centered governance.
As Aklan embarks on a new chapter, DILG-Aklan remains steadfast in championing programs and policies that promote accountable and responsive local governance.
