DILG-AKLAN ATTENDS THE EXECUTIVE BRIEFING OF LGU BURUANGA, AKLAN
In line with its mandate to guide and support local government units in effective governance, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) – Aklan, under the leadership of Provincial Director Dino A. Ponsaran, CESO V, attended the Executive Briefing of LGU Buruanga at Buruanga Municipal Conference Room.
During the activity, PD Ponsaran delivered a comprehensive overview of the executive briefing. He also delivered a message of challenge to the local officials and functionaries, urging them to rise above the demands of public service by championing transparency, participatory governance, and service excellence.
Also present during the activity were LGOO VII Susan M. Balsamo, LGOO VI Valerie S. Briones, and LGOO II Rasyhel Mae P. Elitiong.
This activity forms part of DILG’s ongoing commitment to strengthen partnerships with LGUs and to foster a culture of excellence, leadership, and responsive public service.
